Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am.

Early check-in can sometimes be accommodated. In order to keep our calendar open for other reservations, early check-in can only be offered 48 hours in advance. If you would like to request early check-in, please contact me within 48 hours of your stay and let me know what time you'd like to access the cabin. I will then send you a payment request for the additional hours at a rate of $30/hour. For example, a 1pm check-in would be billed at $90.

Late check-out is not possible due to the schedule of our cleaning staff, and it also prevents other guests from booking the property for check-in later the same day.

We ask that you take care of a few simple items before departing.

1. Remove all food from the refrigerator.
2. Take trash out to the receptacles in front of the cabin.
3. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
4. Start a load of towels and wash rags, and leave the rest on the floor in front of the washing machine.

Please leave beds unmade. You do not need to remove sheets, blankets or pillowcases.

Trophy Buck Lodge is a family-owned property and we intend to enjoy it and offer it to guests for years to come. We ask that you treat our property better than you would treat your own!

We have some very simple rules that we ask you adhere to during your stay. Additional fees can be charged to you following your stay if these rules are not followed.

> NO PARTIES ARE TO BE HOSTED WITH GUESTS FROM OTHER CABINS
> NO PETS
> NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE CABIN
> NO STANDING ON THE HOT TUB COVER
> DO NOT REARRANGE FURNITURE — for example, the twin bed loveseats in the bedrooms should not be moved to other rooms

A $300 damage deposit is pre-authorized by Airbnb or Vrbo to your credit card along with the reservation fee. A portion of the deposit up to the full $300 can be charged to you following your stay if the rules and check-out procedures are not followed. Some examples of these fees:

> PETS: Full $300 deposit charged if housekeeping finds evidence of pet hair in the cabin.
> REARRANGED FURNITURE: Minimum of $75, up to $300
> SMOKING: $300
> DAMAGED HOT TUB COVER: $300
> EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE: If check-out procedures are not followed, or if the property is left in poor condition (excessive dirt or spills on floors, stained linens, etc.), then a fee of $75+ will be assessed.
> DAMAGED OR MISSING PROPERTY: Any damages or missing items will be documented with photos by our housekeeping staff, and the $300 deposit will be charged to fix or replace these items. If the costs exceed the $300 deposit, then we will contact you directly to arrange additional payment.

The reservation holder is expected to communicate the property rules to all of their guests, and is responsible for any additional fees that might be incurred.

A majority of our guests treat our property with care and do not incur any additional fees following their stay. Our hope is that you can enjoy your time at our cabin while caring for it at the same time, so that our family and future guests can also enjoy it in the best condition possible. Thank you!

The 4 king-size beds and 2 queen beds in the bunk room are fully made with pillows, sheets, a blanket and comforter. The 2 twin beds at the top of the bunk have a pillow, sheets and a blanket.

There are 3 twin-size pull-out loveseats in 3 of the bedrooms. The pillow, sheets and blanket for these beds are in the bathroom closet.

Each bathroom is stocked with the following:

• Travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar soap
• 4 bath towels
• 2 wash rags
• Hand towel
• Hand soap
• 3 rolls of toilet paper

Your stay at Trophy Buck Lodge includes the following:

• Outdoor grill — connected to underground propane tank
• Hot tub
• Playground
• Fire table on back porch
• Fire pit with firewood and marshmallow roasting sticks provided
• Horseshoe pits
• Ladder ball and corn hole sets
• Indoor fireplace
• Shuffleboard table
• Smart TVs in all living areas and every bedroom — DirecTV and apps are available on every TV
• Various games and puzzles in the game room media console, including: Bingo, checkers and chess, Ticket to Ride, Pictionary, Phase 10, Monopoly Deal and playing cards

• Washing machine and dryer
• Clothes washer packets and dryer sheets
• Device charging stations in bedrooms (cables not provided)
• Pack and play for baby/toddler (fitted sheet not provided)
• Broom and dust pan
• Hot tub towels
• First aid kit (located in pantry)

We aim to provide most everything you could possibly need for your stay. These are a few additional items that are recommended to bring with you. Some of these items can also be purchased from the My Dollar Plus store nearby.

• Lighter or matches for the fire pit
• Lighter fluid for the fire pit — this is not provided for liability reasons
• Swimsuits for the hot tub and/or lake
• Toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom are provided)
• Paper towels (2 rolls are provided in the kitchen)
• Trash bags (6 bags are provided)
• Preferred spices, oils, sugars, dry baking goods and condiments (salt and pepper are provided)
• Coffee grounds and/or Keurig pods (about 25 pods are provided)
• Marshmallows and other items for making s'mores at the fire pit (marshmallow roasting sticks are provided)
